Le Beau Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier: The Scent of Freshness which Makes Men Hot!

Jean Paul Gaultier just launched a new fragrance for men, LE BEAU MALE. This new Eau de Toilette by Jean Paul Gaultier is an ultra fresh fragrance that exalts the unbridled sensuality of every man. “This is the scent of freshness which makes men hot.” – announced Jean Paul Gaultier.


With its memorable composition and combination of ingredients, this fragrance offers a unique game of hot and ice-cold notes.
Perfumer Francis Kurkdjian wanted to remind us of the iconic Le Male through this new scent.
The new creation carries the scent of freshness, and is very seductive and powerful, while reminding us of hot fingers sliding over cold, moist glass. The composition highlights a fine cocktail of fresh and moist mint and absinthe making the composition lighter and cooler. Lavender adds a calming effect playing with orange blossom combined with sage. The base incorporates a sensual trail of musk closing the composition.


Flacon is shaped like all previous editions of the le Male collection. Man’ torso is colored in ice blue with light blue, metallic stripes over his chest. Ice cold white color accentuates juiciness and freshness, while blue metallic stripes restrain strength and energy. Metal outer packaging remains unchanged.


Emphasizing the erotic potential of each man while stimulating all senses, Jean-Paul Gaultier enlisted model Kaylan Falgoust to pose naked on ice in the 50s pin-up style for its seductive advertising campaign.
The campaign truly represents hotness on ice. The photographer Solve Sundsbo was chosen to tame and capture “LE BEAU MALE”. Nothing deters this Norwegian artist, known for magnifying eroticised bodies through a clever manipulation of shadow and light. His mission: to give substance to this freshness that makes men hot and excites the senses.



“LE BEAU MALE” grants itself the right to rouse: with his sailor shirt thrown over his shoulder, he is animal-like, exhibiting nudity dripping with desire.
The eloquence of the message is worthy of the situation:, he poses like a 1950s pin-up, nude on his bear skin. With this “homme fatal”, the game of seduction is reversed, whispering hot and cold



“I like reversing roles, breaking the established codes that no longer have any meaning today,” says Jean Paul Gaultier .
