Earlier in the month, attendees at the Seventh Letter Gallery in Los Angeles were invited to draw over still images of Bieber dancing. Their contributions were then curated by the directing duo Brewer, who turned them into this psychedelic clip featuring those images in motion. (Bieber shows up unadorned, too.) Check oiut the video.
