The shades that defined an era re-introduced with new materials and in exclusive folding design.
Ray-Ban, the eyewear industry leader, re-introduces the RAY-BAN CLUBMASTER – the brand’s most iconic model – interpreted in two exclusive editions: the Ray-Ban Clubmaster in Aluminium and the first Ray-Ban Clubmaster Folding ever!
For those looking to capture a piece of retro magic whilst embracing a future trend, Ray-Ban re-issues one of its icons and symbol of an entire generation that finds its roots in the unconventional and intellectual spirit of the ‘50s and the ‘60s.
Ray-Ban Clubmaster is set to define the forthcoming season! The new material and the attention to technical details combined with a refined design make it a classic and yet contemporary style with an exciting appeal.
A wonderful combination of simplicity and precision. A timeless accessory that reinvents itself without forsaking its past.
As a legendary icon, Ray-Ban Clubmaster has defined characters when worn by Matt Damon in “The Good Shepherd” (2006) and “The Talented Mr. Ripley” (1999); Tom Hanks in “Catch Me if You Can” (2002); Michael Douglas in “Falling Down” (1993); Denzel Washington in “Malcolm X” (1992) and Kevin Costner in “JFK” (1991).
The exclusive Ray-Ban Clubmaster Folding will hit stores worldwide next September.
Ray-Ban Clubmaster in Aluminium.
Retro and timeless, Ray-Ban Clubmaster in Aluminium is ideal for the generation that grew up with its classic curved lines as well as young whippersnappers who are discovering the iconic shape for the first time.
Originally designed in the 50’s, the new Ray-Ban Clubmaster in Aluminium features a unique matt finished aluminium frame. The contrast between the matte aluminum and the shiny bridge and iconic rivets gives life to a balanced and clean expression of a new design.
Relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal, aluminum is remarkable for the metal’s low density and for its ability to resist corrosion. The temples have been revamped with a wavy and contemporary twist. Thinner structure, lightness, durability and resistance are the main features of this unique edition. Available in silver, gunmetal, black and bronze with crystal lenses, available also with polarized lenses.
Ray-Ban Clubmaster Folding.
An icon of style and design, this new model maintains the cutting-edge technical DNA of the brand while continuing its timeless legend.
The brand’s meticulous research and focus on technology has resulted in the first folding model in the Ray-Ban Clubmaster family. Its unique structure allows the model to bend while maintaining its shape. The six hinges on the Ray-Ban Clubmaster Folding allow for the frame to fold at the temple earpieces, along the temples and at the bridge.
Four are the styles available: shiny black acetate and shiny tortoiseshell acetate with gold frame; opaque black acetate with silver frame and tortoiseshell with gunmetal frame.
Available also with polarized lenses, Ray-Ban Clubmaster Folding is poised to recapture its rock ‘n’ roll crown.
