[wide]DIOR-SOHO[/wide]April 24, DIOR HOMME unveiled its Fall 2014 collection at its Soho New York store. Working closely with the art and design duo, M/M (Paris), DIOR HOMME designed a temporary installation that reflects the collection and was immediately available for sale.
“This collection is a big step forward in my work on individuality, working with M/M (Paris) allowed me to get the plan across” said Kris Van Assche, Creative Director of DIOR HOMME.
The Soho store has picked up on the pointers created by M/M in the catalogue photographed by Karim Sadli for DIOR HOMME’S Fall 2014 collection, in particular the pageant of light effects dreamed up in homage to the work done by Kris Van Assche on his concept of group of students wearing playfully classic pieces.
“We worked on the idea of creating a unified whole that would bring together an imaginary space, the catalogue, where memories and dreams unfold to mingle with the reality of this temporary sales space” explained M/M (Paris)
