The latest collection from Lope Navo is Exotiko! – a sizzling book of steamy photos.
Exotiko! is a collection of images that Navo has taken throughout his career as a photographer. The locations are dazzling, and the men are front-and-centre.
“I photograph everything with my SLR or iPhone…” explains Navo. “I’ve been known for photographing ‘male physique’ from the very start, and in an industry largely dominated by women, I photograph men with conviction and consistency.”
“I believe that you can only be inspired by a chosen subject matter, every photographer has one, that is why they photograph that subject matter again, and again…” adds Navo. “You want to create your own world surrounded by the same subjects. For me, it’s simply the portraits of physically-fit adult men – from every continent that I’ve lived in.”
Clocking in at 350 pages, Exotiko! follows the publication of Stark in 2009, and Raw in 2021.
